When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 20, 2016, at around 19:00, the Defendant: (a) placed in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and “C” coffee; and (b) assaulted her head on one occasion with son’s left face on the part of his/her right shoulder; (c) placed in coffee, on the ground that the Defendant did not comply with his/her agreement on the victim D (the 49 years of age and South) and the talks about Vietnam’s business-related talk.
