Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding seven hundred thousand won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On December 4, 2012, at around 04:30, the Defendant sold three soldiers in small cities without verifying the age of three people, such as G (18 years of age) in a restaurant operated by the Defendant in Nam-gu, Nam-gu, Gwangju, Gwangju, without confirming the age of three juveniles.
