A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

The seized evidence Nos. 13 through 15, 21 and 22 shall be returned to the victim C, respectively.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. A thief: (a) around September 16, 2018; (b) around 00:34, the Defendant: (c) committed theft with a bank amounting to KRW 200,000 in the market price of KRW 50,000,000 in cash owned by the victim F, using a gap in tobacco between the e-mail and the right-hand sand located in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government; (d) from August 14, 2018, the Defendant committed theft with a bank amounting to KRW 60,000 in the market price of KRW 50,000,000 in cash owned by the victim; and (e) the Defendant committed theft with a bank amounting to KRW 9,00 in the market price of KRW 9,00 in the market

9. Until December 22, the victims stolen the victims’ property at least nine times in total, such as the list of crimes in the annexed list of crimes.

On September 4, 2018, around 10:35, the Defendant: (a) purchased gold blings in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan GovernmentO; and (b) delivered the MV to Q Q as if he were the victim; and (c) paid a settlement of KRW 2550,000 to use the stolen credit card that acquired and stolen pecuniary benefits equivalent to the said amount.
