A. On March 21, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Act by force) committed an indecent act by force against a juvenile, who is a juvenile, by putting the victim D (the age of 15) walking along the F cafeteria parking lot located in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si on a way to report on the way to ask the victim D (the age of 15) who was walking along the way, provokinging the victim’s shoulder by hand, cutting off the victim’s shoulder, cutting down the victim’s fear, cutting down the victim’s fear, cutting down the victim’s voice, cutting down the victim’s voice, and cutting down the voice on the ground, and rhing down the victim’s bridge on his/her hand, making it difficult for the Defendant to resist.
