1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On November 4, 201, the Plaintiff, as the representative of the Ciplomatic Association (hereinafter “instant church”), leased the lease deposit amount of KRW 300 million, KRW 350,000 per month from December 5, 201 to December 4, 201 (hereinafter “instant lease contract”), and thereafter, paid the Defendant the said lease deposit amount of KRW 300,000 (hereinafter “instant lease deposit”) to use the instant church as the education hall from the Defendant.

Since then, the instant building was used as the education officer of the instant church.

B. On December 6, 2011, the Defendant completed the registration of the establishment of chonsegwon (hereinafter “registration of the establishment of chonsegwon”) for the following reasons: (a) on the instant building on November 4, 201, the Defendant: (b) on the ground of the contract to establish chonsegwon on November 4, 2011; (c) on the part of the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff, 300 million won of the deposit money; and (d) on December 4, 2013,

C. On October 7, 2013 and November 11, 2013, the Plaintiff sent each content-certified mail stating that the Defendant would not renew the instant lease agreement, and each of the content-certified mail sent to the Defendant.

On December 5, 2013, the Plaintiff demanded the return of the lease deposit of this case when delivering the instant building to the Defendant, but did not receive the lease deposit from the Defendant.

E. On January 16, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) from E who managed the instant building on January 16, 2014, the Plaintiff: (b) based on the present bank’s interest of KRW 300 million and interest thereon to the Plaintiff.
