A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant: (a) On May 2013, 2013, at the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Office for the Second-gu Office for the Co., Ltd. of the Bank of New Drugs, a person who copied and kept a knife with the drug price from the Bank of the Bank of New Drugs (Won 10,000,000); (b) on May 2, 2013; (c) on May 2, 2013, Daejeon Metropolitan City; Daejeon Metropolitan City; (d) one bank in charge of payment; (e) one bank in the place of payment; (e) February 5, 2013; (f) a copy of a promissory note in the issuer’s name drug management plan; and (f) “10,000,00” and “58” on May 2, 2013.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising this, the Defendant forged one promissory note in the name of the Securities and Exchange Co., Ltd.

At around 11:00 on May 10, 2013, the Defendant exercised the forged promissory note as above by delivering it to G, who knew of the forgery at the E’s front coffee shop located in Young-gu, Young-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, as if it were actually issued a genuinely, as if it were a debt amounting to KRW 5,00,00.
