『2013고정3226』 피고인은 2012. 11. 28. 20:00경부터 같은 날 22:10경 사이 부산 금정구 B에 있는 피해자 C(53세, 여)가 운영하는 ‘D’ 내에서, 만취된 상태로 들어가 다른 손님 테이블에 앉아 그 위에 있던 술을 허락 없이 마시고 노래를 부르고 있던 손님으로부터 마이크를 빼앗으며 행패를 부리는 것을 피해자와 종업원이 만류하자 바닥에 누워 뒹굴고, 피해자에게 “씨발 왜 함 해주까”라며 소란을 피워 동소에 있던 손님들이 나가려고 하는 등 2시간에 걸쳐 위력으로 위 피해자의 일반음식점영업업무를 방해하였다.

1. From around 19:00 on August 8, 2012 to 24:00 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s main business operation for about five hours by drinking in the “D” main points operated by the victim C (53 years of age, women) located in Geum-gu, Busan, with the influence of alcohol in the “D” main points, and without the permission of other customers, sitting in the seat of other customers, and having other customers sing their singing by singing microphones that sing their singing and singing, etc.

On August 9, 2012, from around 20:00 to 20:30 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) intending to sit in the hands at the place under the preceding paragraph from around 20:00 to 20:30 on the same day, and (b) intending to sit in the seat of another customer, and (c) the said victim was said to go out of the main place; (d) however, the Defendant interfered with the said victim’s main business for about 30 minutes, such as driving away of other customers by “a multi-face, waiting, etc.”
