Description of Claim

On May 4, 2006, the defendant issued to C a promissory note, the face value of which is KRW 140 million, the date of issuance May 4, 2006, the date of payment, September 30, 2006, and the place of payment at the place of payment at the place of payment at the place of payment at the place of issuance. As to the said Promissory note, the defendant drawn up a notarial deed with No. 709 of the 2006 General Law Office at the same date.

On November 7, 2013, the Plaintiff received a claim for the payment of the Promissory Notes from C, and C sent a notice of the assignment of claims by content-certified mail to the Defendant on October 30, 2014 and reached the following day.
