A. On March 17, 2015, the Plaintiff leased part of 89.5 square meters among the Class 2 neighborhood living facilities of the first floor of the petition-based C-based Cheongju-si, Cheongju-si (hereinafter “Plaintiff’s singing room”) and operated “Ddan”.

B. On April 2016, the Defendant leased the remainder of the above building (hereinafter “Defendant restaurant”) and carried out “E” opening the business, the fire occurred around June 2, 2016, centering on the inside of the ceiling of the Defendant restaurant, and the roof and the wall of the first floor of the said building was destroyed.

The fire of this case was destroyed by the collapse of the Plaintiff’s singing room in a broad range, and thereafter, the fire was not restored, and thus the business was not carried out.

Plaintiff

The lease relationship with singing rooms was terminated on April 10, 2017 at the expiration of the lease term.
