1. The Defendant’s KRW 161,188,874 for the Plaintiff and 6% per annum from May 28, 2015 to January 11, 2016 for the Plaintiff.

The fact that the Plaintiff, who is an indoor retailer of building materials, has supplied the building materials to the Defendant for several years, and that the unpaid price for the building materials supplied by the Plaintiff to the Defendant as of May 27, 2015 is 161,188,874 is no dispute between the parties.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 161,188,874 won and damages for delay at the rate of 6% per annum as stipulated in the Commercial Act from May 28, 2015 to January 11, 2016, and 15% per annum as stipulated in the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the date of full payment, as the plaintiff's claim for this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
