A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaged in driving a rocketing car.

1. A violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) driven the above vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.161% on the roads near the Donsan-dong Donsan-si, Donsan-si, Hasan-si on January 8, 2020, the Defendant driven the above vehicle along the two-lanes of the two-lanes from the c funeral hall to the Donsan-si distance.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the said victim, such as salt dump, tension, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks.

2. On October 17, 2018, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 4 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Jeonju District Court’s military mountain support.

The Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.161%, driven the B rocketing car under the influence of alcohol level from the front road in the Indonesdong in the Hasan-si of the date and time set forth in paragraph (1) to the roads near the Donsan-dong in the same Dong.

Accordingly, the defendant is not less than twice a provision prohibiting driving under the influence of alcohol.
