Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On November 26, 2007, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 2 million as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act at the Jung-gu District Court on December 8, 2008.

On August 8, 2018, the Defendant driven B K5 cars with approximately 400 meters alcohol level of about 0.18% while under the influence of alcohol level of 0.18% in front of the road from the vicinity of 46-1, Mancheon-si, Mancheon-si, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the 123-1, e.g. at the same center.
