A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for five years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

From January 14, 2013 to March 18, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sent letters to the phone counselor a list of cell phone numbers of persons who expressed their intent to provide loan counseling; (b) from March 19, 2013 to May 22, 2013, the Defendant prepared an Internet telephone, computer, loan counseling manual, etc. necessary to commit the loan fraud at the office located on the second floor of the J building in Seongbuk-gu, Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu, Sungnam-gu, Seoul; and (c) provided the phone counselor with the phone number of persons who wish to provide loan counseling; and (d) provided the information to the persons who wish to obtain loan by misrepresenting the above mobile phone number to the telephone counselor; and (e) provided the information to the persons who wish to obtain the loan; and (e) provided the information to the persons who wish to obtain the loan by borrowing the personal information to the head of the Tong.

K, L, M, N, P, Q, R, T, U,V, W, and X are employed by the defendant and work as a telephone counselor at the above office, and Y and Z are employed by the defendant and work as the above office.
