A made it known from February 2004 to September 2008 that D Co., Ltd., an imported company of food tea, operated together with directors E and directors F, would evade customs duties by means of false declaration and low-price declaration on goods with lower rates of customs duties than those actually imported.
1. Where any person imports foreign goods, he/she shall accurately report to the head of a customs office the name, standard, quantity, price, etc. of the relevant goods and shall not import goods different from those actually imported;

A around September 8, 2006, in importing (declaration No. 513.6% of customs duty) three points of "JASSIN" under the name of D Co., Ltd., "JASIN", which is a green line from ENtro (tariff 513.6% of customs duty) in Germany, around September 8, 2006, D Co., Ltd. reported a false stamp for customs clearance to the head of a customs office as if the rate of customs duty is lower, and had the head of a customs office import it, and as described in the attached List of Crimes (Prohibition of Five Types from No. 1 to No. 35, Sept. 8, 2006). From September 20, 2006 to September 20, 2008, D Co., Ltd. reported the importation of the imported goods in the same way as the total of KRW 19,938 of the cost of green tea 2,052 (the cost of the goods is equivalent to KRW 27,591,029,274).
Accordingly, in collusion with the above E, Defendant A imported foreign goods differently from the actual imported goods.
2. Where any person who loses customs duties intends to import foreign goods, he/she shall file a true declaration on the name, size, quantity, price, etc. of the relevant goods with the head of a customs office and shall not file a false declaration on the dutiable value, customs duty rate, etc. in order to affect
