Punishment of the crime

[Criminal history] The Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court on July 14, 2016 and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 29, 2016.

[2] On December 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) found a complaint from the Incheon East-gu Incheon Metropolitan Medical Center at around 217, at around 201:50 on December 16, 2015, which was the day on which the Defendant was detained for three (3) years in the emergency room of the Incheon Medical Center; and (b) made five (5) doctors, nurses, nurses, staff members, transportation staff members, etc. working in B belonging to the Jung-gu Incheon Central Police Station; and (c) made a request from the victim C (44 years) and the victim D (41 years) to the victims, the Defendant insultingd the victims by saying, “I am out before I am, I am, and I am, I am, I am, and I am.”

1. Although the Defendant had no capacity or intent to pay the price at the same time and place as the above Paragraph 1 above, the Defendant did not order the victim to pay the amount equivalent to KRW 50,000,00, such as 5 Creju, 1 Creju, 1 Creju, and Madju, and did not pay the price to the victim, thereby acquiring property benefits equivalent to that amount.
