Punishment of the crime

Around May 2009, the Defendant remarriedd with the victim D on and around May 12, 2016, and was divorced on and around May 12, 2016. The victim E (the age of 14) was the victim’s wife, and was the victim’s relatives.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes;

A.
