1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 21,350,465 with respect to the Plaintiff and the period from November 25, 2017 to August 21, 2020.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. D concluded a lease agreement on the instant building with F, the owner of the E-owned building (hereinafter “instant building”) in Namyang-si, Namyang-si, and thereafter concluded a sub-lease agreement with G and Defendant B on part of the instant building.

The instant building was located in the “H” store (total floor area) operated by G from the left-hand side, the “I” store (total floor area of 265 square meters) operated by D, and the “J” store operated by Defendant B (total floor area of 130.75 square meters; hereinafter “instant store”) when viewing the entire part of the building as a single-story building with a total floor area of 464 square meters, respectively.
