1. The Defendant, from December 23, 2012 to February 14:30, 2013, operated a 'I Gameland' game room on the fourth floor of the Daejeon PY-gu building, Daejeon PPP from February 23, 2013, Defendant: (a) installed 70 game machine at the sea, which is a speculative electronic machine, and provided it to many unspecified customers; (b) allowed customers to input KRW 10,00 won in the game machine; and (c) exchanged the remaining points after automatically obtaining the betting ticket and deducting 10% in the fee from the acquisition.

2. The remaining Defendants: (a) from February 4, 2013 to February 5, 2013; and (b) from February 5, 2013 to February 14:30, 2013 to February 6, 2013, Defendant A, the owner of the instant game, while working in the said game site as an employee; (c) knowingly, Defendant A, the owner of the said game, was aware of the fact that he/she was engaged in the said speculative activities, and aided and abetted the said activities by providing visitors

[2] From November 26, 2012 to December 13:00, 2012, the Defendant, in collusion with JKMNO, installed CCTV at the outside of the game room in preparation for the crackdown on the first floor of Daejeon Pung-gu P, Daejeon, installed a steel door at the entrance to control entry, installed the “sea talk” game on the 70 game machine of the “e-mailer” which was rated, and provided it to many unspecified customers, so that they had them input KRW 10,00 won in the game machine, and then allowed them to acquire points automatically, and exchange the remaining points after deducting 10% in fee from the acquired points. The Defendant played a role in attracting customers.
