Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On September 2013, the Defendant: (a) obtained a loan or obtained a credit card under the name of the victim B, which is a high school shop; (b) planned that the loan and credit card payment be borne by the victim; and (c) made a false statement to the victim that “The Defendant sent a resident registration abstract, a resident registration abstract, a copy of the identification card, and a copy of the passbook.”
However, in fact, the Defendant was thought to use the loan in the name of the victim, not the loan guarantee, and it was thought that he could not repay the loan from time to time with no particular property or income at the time, and he could not repay the loan from time to time.
