1. The Defendant A University's sexual services association shall be attached Table 5 to the Plaintiffs listed in the Plaintiff's list.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Defendants are the national universities established and managed by the Republic of Korea (Article 2 subparag. 1 and 3 of the Higher Education Act, and each national university of this case collectively referred to as “each national university of this case”) and the Minister of Education, Science and Technology’s instruction and supervision.

(2) The press of each domestic university was developed in the nature of a voluntary supporters’ association to support insufficient educational facilities and operating expenses in around 1963.

The Defendants are also established to contribute to the creation of an atmosphere and the improvement of educational environment by supporting the emergency educational facilities and the operation of schools that fall short of the founders (the Republic of Korea) in the same purport. The Defendants are also performing projects, such as supplementation and expansion of the shortage facilities of each national university of this case, payment of research expenses, etc. to school personnel, subsidization of expenses incurred in the operation of

B. (1) Each board of directors of the Defendants decided on the establishment fee of the instant case with the consent of the president of each national university of this case, and the president of each national university of this case delegated by the Defendants upon confirmation of the said business plan. The Defendants held the first board of directors every year in accordance with the respective rules and deliberated on the pertinent school year’s draft budget, and accordingly decided the establishment fee for ordinary members.

(2) The revenue collection officer belonging to each national university of this case (see Article 9 of the Management of the National Funds Act) and the president of the Defendants issued a notice of registration fees to the effect that the students wishing to register in a new semester (in the case of the Korea National University, it is the sole name of the revenue collection officer of the Korea National University delegated by the Korea National University Association) shall pay the admission fees, tuition fees, and school supporting fees in lump sum. The above notice shall specify the amount of each item of the admission fees, tuition fees, and school supporting fees to be received by the said revenue collection officer separately from the amount of each item of the admission fees to be received by the said revenue collection officer
