1. The defendant shall pay 81,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 15% per annum from February 1, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

The Plaintiff loaned interest of KRW 81,00,000 to the Defendant on March 5, 2015, KRW 15,000,000 on March 20, 2015, KRW 50,000 on March 30, 2015, KRW 50,000 on March 30, 2015, KRW 6,000 on May 6, 2015, KRW 3,000,00 on May 7, 2015, and KRW 3,000 on May 29, 2015, KRW 81,00,00,000 on interest, and KRW 15,00,00 on October 10, 201, and the fact that the Defendant did not immediately pay interest or interest payment on KRW 30,00 on March 30, 201, or the fact that the Defendant did not have agreed to have lost its interest or interest payment on March 17, 201.

According to the above facts of recognition, since the defendant has delayed payment of interest three times or more and has lost the benefit of time, the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff the interest interest rate of KRW 81,00,000 as well as the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 1, 2017 to the date of full payment.

The plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
