1. Basic facts

가. 당사자의 지위 피고 에스케이네트웍스 주식회사(이하 ‘피고 에스케이’라 한다)는 주유소 및 관련 부대시설 운영업 등을 하는 법인이고, 피고 현대해상화재보험 주식회사(이하 ‘피고 현대해상’이라 한다)는 손해보험업 등을 하는 법인이다.

B. Defendant SK concluded a sales liability insurance contract with Defendant Hyundai Marine Co., Ltd.
