Defendant
A As the representative director of corporation B, a corporation is responsible for safety and health management for its employees, and Defendant B is a corporation established for the purpose of steel materials processing business, etc.
1. Defendant A: (a) factory in B in February 24, 2015; (b)
(a) a safety distress was not installed on the aspect of the open stairs of the 2-factory electrical treatment dong inspector, in which stairs the height of which is not less than 1 meter is installed;

(i) Although the hazardous substances subject to control should be installed with a facility to pack the source of gas, steam, or dust, or a sprinkor, there was no equipment to install a sprink at the second factory mixing room that handles hazardous substances subject to control.
2. Defendant B, who is an employee of the Defendant, committed the above violation in relation to the Defendant’s business.
