1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff and the Defendant had a relationship of interest from June 2019 to November 2019.

C. On July 3, 2019, the Defendant purchased H apartment I apartment (hereinafter “instant apartment”) at KRW 22,00,000 in the purchase price. Of the money paid by the Plaintiff, KRW 87,000,000 (contract deposit KRW 21,000,000 and intermediate payment KRW 66,000,000) was used as the purchase fund of the instant apartment.
