Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 300,000 won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 5, 2012, the Defendant, without a motorcycle driver’s license on September 21, 2012, driven approximately 200 meters from the front side of the Hansung Hospital located in the Daegu Northern-dong at about 49:0 p.m. on September 5, 201, to the front side of the large zone located in Taegu Seo-gu, Daegu-gu.
