1. Defendant A

(a) The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year;

B. The branch office of the Suwon District Prosecutors' Office, which has been seized, shall be the year 2016.

On April 2016, A proposed to the effect that “Defendant C and Defendant B operate the Internet gambling site, but the same day is defective.” Defendant C and Defendant B agreed in sequence with the above proposal, thereby soliciting the Defendants to operate the illegal Internet gambling site.

Accordingly, the Defendants: (a) from April 20, 2016 to May 18, 2016, the Gangnam-gu Seoul; (b) Defendant E and 402: (c) leased the said place; and (d) opened and operated a F-based website with the “sports soil” (hereinafter “Dobbbbbsite”) which is a website with the right to vote under the National Sports Promotion Act; (c) the Defendants collected members through each “G’s website; and (d) paid 00 times the amount of money to the “Dobbsite”; and (e) paid 0 times the amount of money to the “gbbbbbsite”; and (e) paid 90 times the amount of money to the “gbbbbbbbbbbsite”; and (e) paid 00 times the amount of money to the “gbbbbbbbbage’s betting tickets” to its members, and (e) paid 00 times the amount of cyber betting tickets to its members, namely, 00000 won cyber machines.
