A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 24, 2017, at around 08:40 on November 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) from the third floor corridor of Yongsan-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B building to the victim C (n's, 34 years of age) of female-friendly job offers, the Defendant hears the horses, and took the face of the victim one time with his/her hand, and (b) the victim “I am the same inside the inside.”
