Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service operating B rocketing cars in line with the Act on the Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents.

On February 12, 2018, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.095% from blood transfusion around 02:00, and driven the front of the “Yongcheon-gu” road located in the Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Paju, Paju-si, Paju-do.

In this case, there was a duty of care to thoroughly operate the steering system of the vehicle and to thoroughly operate the steering system.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so and was negligent, and the victim C was able to drive a D car in the signal waiting room at the end of the mast, and then received the part of the driver’s vehicle in front of the Defendant’s driving vehicle.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim C, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of approximately two weeks of treatment by occupational negligence as above.

The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) operated the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.095% from the 3km section to the point of the said accident from the 3km section in the “Stke apartment in the Eastmundong,” located in the Eup of the Sin-si, Sin-si, Sin-si, Sin-si, Sin-si.
