Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person other than a medical person shall perform medical practice.

Nevertheless, on March 5, 2019, the Defendant, not medical personnel, performed medical practice on five occasions in total, such as taking anesthesia surgery on the part of the customer E, taking a anesthesia surgery on the part of the customer E, taking a eye on the part of the eyebrow surgery, and taking a eye on the part of the eyebrow surgery, and taking out 1,50,000 won from around the day to February 27, 2020 in a manner described in the attached list of crimes.
