1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 50,000,000 with respect thereto to the Plaintiff and the period from December 31, 2010 to April 25, 2018.
Reasons
1. Indication of claim;
A. On January 5, 2010, the Plaintiff loaned KRW 50 million to Defendant B as of December 30, 2010. On the same day, Defendant C guaranteed Defendant B’s above loan obligation against the Plaintiff.
B. Therefore, Defendant B and Defendant C, the principal obligor, jointly and severally, are liable to pay the Plaintiff the above KRW 50 million and the delay damages therefor.
