Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in bicycle riding.

On September 25, 2020, the Defendant driven the above bicycle around 15:30 on September 25, 2020, while driving the crosswalk B in front of Seoul, Jung-gu along the speed from the right edge to the right edge of the network.

Since there is a pedestrian crossing without signal, there was a duty of care to temporarily stop to a person engaged in driving service and check whether there is a person, and to prevent accidents in advance by driving safely.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered a shoulder that requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment from the victim due to the above occupational negligence, and the straw of the above arms.
