A Imprisonment for one year, Defendant B is punished by a fine of 2,00,000 won, Defendant C is punished by a fine of 1,00,000 won, and Defendant D.

Punishment of the crime

A person, other than Korean marina Association, shall not engage in any activity similar to the riding voting for the racing conducted by Korean marina Association to provide property or financial benefits to the winners of the racing, and shall not assist or aid such activity by using a racing conducted by Korean marina Association.

1. Defendant A

A. The “F” is a private horse site operated by the method of paying dividends according to the predetermined dividend rate in advance to the purchaser of horse tickets, the racing of the Mana-Sart and Busan Mana-mart, etc., which is implemented by the Korean Marin society against many unspecified people, and the operator of the gambling using such private horse (hereinafter “one-time horse”) of the above F site is operating a horse race track in the way of paying dividends according to the pre-determined dividend rate to the purchaser of horse tickets. The operator of the gambling using such private horse racing (hereinafter “one-time horse”) is operating a horse race track in the way of excluding the total fee from the total amount of the horse racing, in the event that the Gana-mart, the total sales of the above F site, was transferred through the Mana-mart, which was sold by the operator of the horse racing.

On September 2014, the Defendant: (a) installed two computers of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 401, a police officer, and opened a private horse race track by delivering “N”, “N,” “K,” “L,” “M,” and “N” from the books of sale (one name “H” or “I”); (b) obtained a private horse race track from the Defendant’s residence to October 26, 2014, with the right to operate the “F” from the Defendant’s personal seal sold to an unspecified number of people, and (c) sold the said private horse in KRW 100,000 per Chapter 1.
