1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from August 10, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

The facts of the same cause of claim as the changed cause of claim are recognized in full view of the entries in Gap evidence 1-1 and 2, and the defendant shall perform the obligation of entry in the order to the plaintiff.

The defendant, despite being served with the plaintiff's complaint, submitted only a formal reply, did not respond to the order to prepare for explanation that demands a substantive answer by the full bench, and did not attend the date of pleading.

Since the defendant does not dispute the claim of this case, the defendant shall prepare a judgment in accordance with the precedent of deemed confession.
