Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a worker of CPC room in the Jeonju-si B of Jeonju-si.

An Internet computer game facility producer shall observe the hours for admitting juveniles (from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.).

Nevertheless, on April 24, 2016, the Defendant had a juvenile D (the age of 17 years) who found the above room around 02:32, run a game using a computer installed in the above room, and had the juvenile enter the game in violation of the hours for admitting juveniles.
