The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

The facts charged of the instant case are as follows: “The Defendant and the Victim C are the workplace club fee of the E Hague beauty room located in E in E in Ethiju City, and the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by expressing that “the victim is a year,” among F, G, and nameless customers, while having a dispute with the victim at the above beauty room around May 28, 2016.

“The instant prosecution is dismissed in accordance with Article 311 of the Criminal Act, since the victim does not want to be punished against the defendant, Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act and Article 327 subparag. 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
