1. Basic facts

A. The status E Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “E”) is a corporation with the objective of waste disposal, recycling resources, manufacturing energy-saving facilities, etc.

The purpose of Defendant B's waste disposal, recycling of resources, manufacturing of energy-saving facilities, etc. was established on July 1, 201.

Defendant C is the representative director of Defendant B, and Defendant D is the inside-house director of Defendant B.

B. A transfer of business operating food waste recycling facilities 1) F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “F”).

) The food waste disposal business (hereinafter referred to as the “instant business”) is located in the food waste disposal plant located in Gyeonggi-do Group G.

(1) The Korea Industrial Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Korea Industrial Development”) was operating and has been operating.

2) Since January 201, 201, F discontinued the instant project from around January 201 due to the shortage of operating capital, and the same year.

4.On the 27th day, the auction procedure was in progress by exercising the right to collateral security on the above factory site and factory building.
