A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for four months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) intruded into a “D” warehouse managed by the victim C of Seo-gu Incheon, Seo-gu, Incheon on five occasions; and (b) stolen Alumin aluminium scrap 83.3km equivalent to the total market value of the victim’s ownership, which was then stolen.

A. On January 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the said D warehouse managed by the victim C, and then stolen 16.6kg of Alumin aluminium scrap, which is equivalent to KRW 21,658, the market price of the victim’s ownership, with the Defendant loaded into the Alumin.

B. On January 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the said D warehouse managed by the victim C; and (b) stolen, with the amounting to KRW 21,658 of the market price owned by the victim, 16.6 km scrap 16.6 km.

On January 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the above D warehouse managed by the victim C, and then stolen 16.6kgg of Alumin aluminium scrap equivalent to KRW 21,658 at the market price owned by the victim; (b) caused the theft of the victim’s aluminium scrap.

On January 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the above D warehouse managed by the victim C, and then stolen 21,658 won at the market price of the victim’s possession, 16.6km scrap 16 km.6 km.

E. On January 3, 2016, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the said D warehouse managed by the victim C, and then stolen 16.6kg of Aluminum scrap equivalent to KRW 21,658 at the market price owned by the victim; and (b) cut 16.6kg of Aluminum scrap.

2. From January 3, 2016 to January 21, 2016, around 06:18, the Defendant: (a) intruded into the said D warehouse managed by the victim C on a flood, and loaded at a flood, with the amount of KRW 130,000 g of the market price of the victim’s possession, and stolen the aluminium scrap with the amount of KRW 100,000,000 at the expense of the victim; and (b) stolen the victim’s market price from January 3, 2016 to January 21, 2016 by the same method as indicated in the list of crimes, 18 times in the same manner as indicated in the list of crimes.
