Defendant shall be punished by a fine of seven million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 30, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. in the Hongsung Branch of the Daejeon District Court, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on August 17, 2018.

When a worker dies or retires, the employer shall pay the wages, compensations, and other money or valuables within 14 days after the cause for such payment occurred.

The Defendant of 2018 is an employer who, without a specific trade name, operates a construction business by making four full-time workers at the field of electric power generation village located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, and Chungcheongnam-gun, without a specific trade name.

Defendant 1 worked in the above field from May 4, 2015 to July 1, 2015, and retired from office D’s wages of 2,155,000 won on June 6, 2015 and wages of 180,335,000 won on July 7, 2015, and six workers again in attached Table 1 of the List of Offenses 29,045,00 won on July 1, 2015, were not paid respectively within 14 days from the date of retirement without any agreement on extension of the payment date between the parties.

The defendant of "2018 High 456" is an individual constructor who has his/her domicile in Boan-si E and runs a construction business by employing two to four full-time workers.

The Defendant worked for the unofficial labor from October 7, 2014 to October 14, 2014 at the site of the construction of the F Electric Source Housing in Chungcheongnam-gun, Hongnam-gun, and paid the total amount of KRW 1,112,00 on October 1, 2014 of G retired from office, including KRW 2,224,00 in total, and KRW 2,200 in total, and KRW 4,00 in total, within 00 in the attached Table 2 daily list of crimes, and KRW 1,24,00 in the new construction site of the Incheon Y (hereinafter referred to as “until now”), from July 11, 2015 to July 16, 2015, and paid KRW 990,000 in the attached Table 24,3420,000 in total, and KRW 4,054,06 in total, within 06.4,006.
