Punishment of the crime

On July 12, 2017, the Defendant driven approximately 2 km section from the 00:05 on the roads in the Heungdong-dong, Young-gu, Young-si to the roads in the Dongwon-gu, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, with alcohol content 0.131% (the result of national blood appraisal) during blood alcohol while under the influence of alcohol.
