Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a driver of Category B New Flasty's car.

1. Around 23:00 on June 30, 2015, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without a driver’s license while under the influence of alcohol of about 4 kilometers from the Rosch Rex resort in the Sung-dong, Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-si to the front road of the high-speed distance in the west-dong, Seoan-gu, Seoan-si, Seoan-si, in a manner of under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.14% without a driver’s license.

2. On June 30, 2015, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (hereinafter “Special Cases”), driving the said vehicle at a speed in the speed of the Si/Si/Eup/Myeon in the direction of the south-dong fire station in the direction of the Si/Gun/Gu, from the Yannam-gu, Yandong-dong, Seoul Metropolitan City.

Since there was an intersection where a signal apparatus is installed, a person engaged in driving of a motor vehicle has a duty of care to confirm the safety of course and drive the motor vehicle by checking well the right and the right of the front and the right of the motor vehicle.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to do so due to negligence while under the influence of alcohol, brought about the emergency vehicle of the victim C (the 39-year-old) who stops in the signal atmosphere prior to the driving of the vehicle that the Defendant drives.

After all, the Defendant suffered, by negligence in the above business, the victim C, the passenger E (year 30) and the victim F (year 23) from each of approximately two weeks of care.
