The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 3, 2012, between 11:00 to 16:00, the Defendant: (a) in India prior to the D Newspaper company located in Jung-gu Seoul, Jung-gu; (b) the victim, with respect to F Trading System construction in the above newspaper company building ordered by the victim E, paid the construction cost to G that was ordered by the victim E; and (c) the employees of the subcontractor who did not receive the construction cost from the above G, even though there was no construction cost to be paid to the Defendant or any other subcontractor, and as well as the employees of the subcontractor who did not receive the construction cost from the above G, “F would immediately pay the construction cost; (d) whether the worker died; (e) whether the marriage type of the worker died; or (e) the president of the F Trading System would pay the construction cost; or (e) the victim’s reputation by openly pointing out false facts by means of demonstration as if the victim had a duty to pay the construction cost.
