1. On August 26, 2016, the criminal defendant against the victim C made a false representation that he/she had access to “EPC room” located in Yangsan City D by using a computer to “an online game”, and that he/she would sell an item of the game to the victim C through the website that he/she brokered the sale and purchase of the game item.

However, the defendant would sell game items to the victim in fact.

Accessing the victim, the victim had the actual game item seller F pay the purchase price of the game item, and the completion of the contract was planned to be transferred from F to F to the game account used by the defendant as if the defendant was the victim, and therefore, even if the victim had the payment of the purchase price of the game item on behalf of the defendant, the victim did not have the intent or ability to sell the game item to the victim.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, had the victim pay 400,000 won under the name of the purchase price of game items to F on the same day, and acquired the game items issued by F with the amount of money equivalent to 400,000 won at the market price.

2. On August 11, 2016, the Defendant: (a) connected the victim G with the victim G by using a computer at the same location; and (b) falsely told the victim G that “I sell a character of the highest level of the “IO on the date of non-surging”, “I will sell a character of the highest level of the game money (81,000,000 won) equivalent to the market price of KRW 234,000,000.”

However, the defendant would sell the above game character to the victim.

Accessing and allowing the victim to pay the purchase price of the game money to the person who actually sells the game money, and as if the defendant was the victim, the victim is the victim.
