The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The gist of the grounds of appeal lies in the following acts: (a) the Defendant committed assault against the victim; (b) however, such act constitutes self-defense by exceeding the victim’s unreasonable attack or doing so.

2. The decision of the court below and the defense counsel of the court below asserted the same purport as the reasons for appeal of this case, and the court below rejected the above assertion in detail as the defendant's assertion and its decision.

Compared with the evidence adopted and examined by the court below, the judgment of the court below is just and acceptable.

The defendant's above assertion is without merit.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act on the ground that it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
