Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, from December 12, 2015 to December 2, 2015, is a business owner who, after employing female employees B and C on the second floor located in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, publicizeds the Internet sexual traffic advertising site "F" in the name of "E," etc. and receives money from the male who found it, and engages in sexual traffic business against them.

As above, Defendant changed the name “E” from February 12, 2015 to January 31, 2016, from February 1, 2016 to April 6, 2016, to “G” and arranged commercial sex acts in the same form as the same place.

2. Defendant B, on December 14, 2015, was employed by A at the fourth room of the above E business establishment on December 14, 2015, and was engaged in sexual traffic through similar acts, such as receiving 70,000 won from male customers under the name of a man with infinite, and putting a sexual organ into scambling with his hand, etc.

3. Defendant C, on December 14, 2015, was employed by A at the two rooms of the above E businesses around 14:30 on December 14, 2015, and was engaged in sexual traffic through the act of similarity, such as receiving 70,000 won from male customers under the name of a man with influence, and reporting the scambling of sexual organ by hand.
