A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant of "2018 Highest 2369" is the victim B (V, 51 years of age) and the husband's death.

On August 20, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 21:25, at the residence of the Defendant of the Daegu Seo-gu C Apartment D, on the grounds that the victim requires a flat divorce, and (b) caused the victim to “slicker and deader on the part of the victim’s left side,” and (c) caused the victim’s damage to the victim’s head, i.e., a dangerous object ( approximately 30cm in length) and attempted to see the victim’s head.

Accordingly, the Defendant, carrying dangerous objects, and assaulted the victim.

At around 00:30 on December 19, 2018, the Defendant, “2019 Highest 234, the Defendant, in front of the Defendant’s house located in the Daegu Seo-gu C apartment, and on the ground that the victim E (the age of 26) was not able to hear the Defendant’s horse and became a dangerous object (the age of 13 cm, the total length of 24 cm) was in front of the victim, and the victim continued to hear the Defendant’s horse, and threatened the victim, such as the victim’s life or body, which would inflict any injury on the victim’s life or body.
