The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On September 20, 2016, around 19:50 on the street, the Defendant: (a) expressed that the victim D, a police officer belonging to the Busan District Police Station C District, called the Defendant “satisfing and returning home,” who was sent to the Defendant after receiving a report on the Jeju-si B apartment 12 on September 20, 2016; and (b) said D, a police officer belonging to the Busan District Police Station C District, 112, called the Defendant “batfing and returning home”; (c) while justing the Defendant, the Defendant satfing two parts of the Defendant’s drinking, and “satfing dys,” and “satfing dys, fat, etc., of the bit of bitch.”

2. Determination

(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 311 of the Criminal Act;

(b) Offenses subject to prosecution upon complaint: Article 312 (1) of the Criminal Act;

(c) Submission of a written agreement on October 17, 2016, which was the date of prosecution, on October 14, 2016, to the effect that the victim would revoke his/her complaint.

D. Judgment dismissing public prosecution: Article 327 subparag. 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
