1. Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Defendants around June 11, 2015, are foreigners of the Republic of Korea of the Republic of KYRGY (KYGYGYTSN) who entered the Republic of Korea with a visa (H-2). The Defendants are siblingss between them.

피고인들은 2015. 5. 27. 경 키 르기 스스 탄 비쉬 켁 아크 훈 바 예 브 35 번가 소재 키 르기 스스 탄 대한민국 대사관에서, 성명 불상의 브로커에게 12,000 달러를 주고 사실은 피고인들의 어머니가 ‘ 고려 인’ 의 후손이 아님에도 고려인인 것처럼 위조된 출생 증명서를 교부 받은 후, 사증 발급 신청서를 제출하면서 위와 같이 위조된 허위 출생 증명서를 첨부 서류로 제출하여 중국, 구소련 지역 동포에게만 발급되는 방문 취업 (H-2) 사증을 발급 받았다.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with the above name brobeer, and applied for a visa in collusion with the above name brobeer, thereby hindering the legitimate performance of duties by the public official in charge of visa issuance belonging to the Embassy of the Republic of Korea of the Republic of Korea by fraudulent means.
