Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 15, 2013, the Defendant, as the World Cup 316 World Cup, entered into a contract with the Defendant’s Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd. to lend money for purchasing cars at the location of the World Motor Middle World War World (Sebling).

However, even if the loan is granted, there was no intention or ability to repay the loan.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received 13.8 million won as a loan from the damaged party on his/her job.
