A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Seized evidence shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

On July 11, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Daejeon High Court for the violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc., and completed the term of imprisonment on March 27, 2016.

No person, other than a narcotics handler, shall trade, receive, possess, possess, use, manage, administer, administer, or provide a local mental medicine.

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. Purchase of philophones and point of receipt and delivery of phiphones;

On June 4, 2017, the Defendant agreed to purchase approximately 5 g of phiphonephones at the intervals of KRW 2,00,000,000 after D, which was parked in the front of the M Hospital in J. L, at the time of J. 18:0.

E. On June 5, 2017, the Defendant issued and received approximately 0.7g of philopon to K at the NcomO guest room in Jindo-si, Jindo-si, Jindo-si, Do-si.

2. Points of the administration of philophones.

A. On March 26, 2017, around 21:00, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s residence indicated in paragraph 1(a) of Article 1, put approximately 0.1g of opphone into a single-use injection machine and dilution with bio-velating into a left arms blue, and administered once in a way of cryping it into the blood pipe inside the left arms.

B. On May 28, 2017, at around 20:00, the Defendant put about approximately 0.07g of philopon into a single-use in the dwelling of the Defendant as described in paragraph 1(a) and divers into a single-use part, and dives into a flue fluor of left arms with dilution.
