A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Road Traffic Act (after-accident) by the Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving of a motor vehicle with detached motor vehicle from CAE.

2. On March 9, 2018, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at around 23:5, the road front of Seodaemun-gu Seoul Western-ro, Seoul around 45, the Seodaemun-gu, Seoul.
